North Star HR is always interested in talented, dedicated new employees for Claims Representative and Nurse Case Management positions.
- Claims Representative – performs claims adjudication for FMLA, Short Term Disability, Medical Leaves of Absence and Americans with Disabilities Act; depending on the needs of the client. Will coordinate all aspects of the claim from start to finish, following best practices, government regulations and collectively bargained agreements where applicable.
- Nurse Case Management – performs medical records review with the goal of providing guidance to Claims Representatives and utilizes claims management tools in the resolution of complex FMLA, Short Term Disability, Medical Leaves of Absence and Americans with Disabilities Act.
